Law enforcement report

¢ Central Junior High administrators filed a police report through a school resource officer after three students were found trading a possible stolen cell phone among themselves. A small bag of marijuana and a

1 1/2-inch pocket knife also were found, and the school has suspended the three students, according to a report from the district on Friday.

Injury accident

¢ Lawrence-Douglas County Fire & Medical workers transported two patients whose injuries were not life-threatening to Lawrence Memorial Hospital after a three-vehicle accident Friday afternoon near 23rd Street and Naismith Drive, a dispatcher said.
