Students interested in participating in Summer Youth Theatre can audition for roles in the Lawrence Arts Center program Sunday and Monday.

Fourth- through seventh-graders: Auditions for “Tale from Arabian Nights” are from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday. Auditions for “Destry Rides Again” will be from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday.

Eighth- through 12th-graders can audition for “Arabian Nights” from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday or from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday.

Call the arts center, 940 N.H., at 843-2787 to sign up for a one-hour time slot Sunday or Monday. Students will need a prepared monologue (no more than two minutes) and 16 bars of a song (if auditioning for the musical). Callbacks will be Tuesday and Wednesday.

Auditions are for role assignment; all enrolled students will be cast in the shows.
