Concert pianist Sara Davis Buechner will present a piano recital with works by Michel Block, Dorothy Chang, Claude Debussy and more.

The performance will be at 7:30 p.m. Sunday at Swarthout Recital Hall. Admission is free.

Buechner, currently an assistant professor of piano and chamber music at the University of British Columbia-Vancouver, has won numerous prestigious prizes for her performances, including the gold medal in the 1984 Gina Bachauer International Piano Competition in Salt Lake City, Utah, and the bronze medal in the 1986 Tchaikovsky International Piano Competition in Moscow.
