Listeners can enjoy a presentation of two original Halloween-themed dramatic pieces at 6 p.m. Saturday on WIBW, 580 AM.

The Topeka Civic Theatre & Academy will perform “Halloween Spooktacular Theatre” in conjunction with the production of Peter Colley’s psychological thriller “I’ll Be Back Before Midnight,” the theater’s second show of the season.

Other events in conjunction with “I’ll Be Back before Midnight,” which runs from Oct. 21 to Nov. 5, include special festivities for its opening-weekend performances, including giveaways and musical entertainment at the theater and a Halloween costume contest for the second weekend.
