Fields Gallery is featuring the Giclee prints of artist Steven Graber and the photography of Roxann Graber, both of whom live south of Lawrence. Steven Graber’s work invites the viewer into a place where space is generous and time is filled with quiet beauty. Romantic portraits of women, such as the one shown above, offer elegance in their repose and mystery in their gaze.

Roxann Graber works with imagery in a way that suggests a presence beyond the immediate. Graber’s photographs offer glimpses into dimly remembered pasts, as transient as the shadows that play on the walls, or the frost that blurs a window’s glass. One is drawn into these images as into a mystery to be solved.

Their works may be viewed at Fields Gallery; 712 Mass. Hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday, and noon to 5 p.m. Sunday.
