One-man show to focus on cultural issues

Actor Jade Esteban Estrada, best-known for his appearances on Comedy Central’s “The Graham Norton Effect,” will portray seven characters in a one-man show, “Tortilla Heaven,” at 7 p.m. Monday at Washburn University.

The play, written by Estrada’s sister, Celeste Angela Estrada, is the tale of an 11-year-old boy’s relationship with his mother and his grandmother as they attempt to balance cultural differences.

Admission is free for the show, which will be in the Washburn Room of the university’s Memorial Union.
