The Lawrence City Commission agenda in Monday’s Journal-World stated that commissioners would consider a funding request of $25,000 for ECO2, a city-county advisory group that is studying open space and industrial development issues. The city’s share of the request is $12,500; the Douglas County Commission approved $12,500 in funding on Monday.
