City commissioners will be asked to approve $30,000 in nonbudgeted funding requests for ECO2 and the community’s annual Juneteenth Celebration.

Background

ECO2, a city-county advisory group that is studying open space and industrial development issues, is seeking $25,000 to hire a part-time administrative assistant, contract for mapping services and conduct public education. The Juneteenth celebration organizers are seeking $5,000 to help pay for a June 18 community festival.

h.) authorize city manager to execute agreement for the 2005 sanitary sewer manhole rehabilitation project with Dobson-Davis Co. for $240,411.20.

  • declare an emergency and adopt on first and second readings an ordinance authorizing sale, consumption and possession of alcoholic beverages at Eagle Bend Golf Course from May 6 through May 8 for the LPGA Futures Golf Tour.

¢ adopt on second and final reading an ordinance authorizing the sale, consumption and possession of alcoholic beverages at Broken Arrow Park on May 6 and May 7 for the Sertoma Club Bar-B-Q Cook-Off fund-raiser.

  • approve sidewalk dining license and ordinance allowing possession and consumption of alcoholic beverages on the city sidewalk in front of Teller’s Restaurant, 746 Mass.
  • adopt the following resolutions:
