School finance countdown
14 days: The state Supreme Court has given lawmakers until April 12 to produce a constitutional school finance plan.
Tuesday’s highlights
Some legislators are pushing for approval of a bill that would make it more difficult to end life-sustaining treatment for people who are terminally ill. The legislation was drawn up amid the controversy surrounding the case of Terri Schiavo, the Florida woman whose feeding tube has been disconnected.
