School finance countdown

27 days: The state Supreme Court has given lawmakers until April 12 to produce a constitutional school finance plan.

Wednesday’s highlights

Abortion clinics accused Atty. Gen. Phill Kline of violating a court’s gag order in his pursuit of medical records. Kline repeated that he wants the records as part of an investigation into child-rape and late-term abortions.
