Lawrence Police said Tuesday that between Friday and Monday they handled:

¢ 1306 calls

¢ 149 reports

¢ four burglaries

¢ seven thefts

¢ 16 noninjury accidents

¢ two injury accidents

Burglaries and thefts reported

¢ Someone stole two generators valued at $6,100 from a building in the 100 section of North 1600 Road. They belonged to a 51-year-old Lawrence man. The theft happened between June 19 and July 1. The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office is investigating.

¢ At least four vehicles were damaged or burglarized early Monday in the parking lot of Cadillac Ranch, 2515 W. Sixth St., according to police reports. Total damage from all four cases was $4,050. Items taken include a CD player, a set of golf clubs and 100 compact discs.

¢ A 36-year-old Lawrence woman and 40-year-old Lawrence man reported a $6,000 wedding ring and a $1,500 computer stolen between 9:30 a.m. and 2 p.m. Sunday from their home in the 1400 block of East 25th Street Terrace.
