Law enforcement report

  • A 25-year-old Kansas University student told police an acquaintance robbed him of $2 and a bottle of Crown Royal between 8 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. Monday at his apartment in the 1700 block of West Fourth Street.

Burglaries and thefts reported

  • A 42-year-old Lawrence man told police someone stole his $5,000 car trailer between 11 a.m. Monday and 8:30 a.m. Wednesday from the 800 block of Maple Street.
  • Someone stole a 1985 Chevrolet truck worth $3,000 from a turf company. The theft happened between noon Sunday and noon Tuesday from the 600 block of East 22nd Street.
