School finance countdown
The state Supreme Court has given lawmakers until April 12 to produce a constitutional school finance plan.
Thursday’s highlight
In less than an hour, the Senate advance a proposed constitional amendment that would prohibit same-sex marriage. The focus now is on whether the measure can get the required two-thirds vote in the House, and whether that can happen fast enough to put the issue before voters on the April 5 ballot.
