Background

Developers are proposing 99 condominium units to be built in three separate buildings at 4500 Bob Billings Parkway. The development is named Bella Sera at the Preserve.

  • adopt following ordinances on first reading:

a.) rezoning of 1.058 acres from Agricultural to RS-2 Single Family. Property is located at 704 Folks Road.

b.) rezoning 1.029 acres from Agricultural to RS-2 Single Family. Property is located on the east side of Folks Road, south of Sixth Street.

c.) annexing 5.782 acres located in the right-of-way for East 23rd Street, near O’Connell Road. The annexation is to allow for a westbound turn lane to be constructed.

  • adopt following ordinances on second and final reading:

a.) rezoning 2.63 acres from RS-2 Single Family and PCD Planned Commercial Development to C-5 Limited Commercial. Property is at 3300 Iowa.

b.) Rezoning 15.02 acres from C-5 Limited Commercial to PCD-2 Planned Commercial Development. Property is at 3400 Iowa.

  • authorize drafting of ordinance to rezone 8.24 acres from M-1 Research Industrial to PRD-2 Planned Residential Development. Property is at 4500 Bob Billings Parkway.
  • approve preliminary development plan for Bella Sera at the Preserve, a 99-unit residential development at 4500 Bob Billings Parkway.
