Former Kansas University tight end Lyonel Anderson was among the players waived Sunday by the Cincinnati Bengals. Anderson was not drafted and was signed as a free agent.

Cincinnati also sliced defensive end Elton Patterson, defensive lineman Greg Scott, wide receiver Matt Cherry, tight end Kori Dickerson, fullback Doug Easlick and linebacker Cedric Sullivan.
