— As he fights the anguish of his daughter's slaying, La'Toyia Figueroa's father is preparing for yet another heartbreak - breaking the news to her 7-year-old daughter.

"I have to tell my granddaughter that her mommy is not coming home, ever," he tearfully told a crowd of about 200 at a memorial service for his daughter Sunday.

Her accused killer, 25-year-old Stephen Poaches, was expected to be arraigned Sunday night on two counts of murder, one for Figueroa, 24, and another for the unborn child he fathered.

Police found La'Toyia Figueroa's body and arrested Poaches around midnight on Friday after following him to a weed-filled lot in Chester, Pa. He was wearing a bulletproof vest and carrying a .45-caliber handgun.
