The Family Arts Festival and Free Outdoor Concert scheduled for this evening at the Lied Center will be moved inside due to possible inclement weather. The arts festival, which features Lawrence area organizations, as well as prize drawings, face painting, balloons and other family activities, begins at 6 p.m. San Antonio-based Sisters Morales will play a concert at 7 p.m.
