Lawrence Police said Thursday that in the past 24 hours they’d handled:

• 284 calls
• 35 reports
• four burglaries
• four thefts
• 11 noninjury accidents
• one injury accident

Burglaries and thefts reported

• A 21-year-old Kansas University student reported a 1986 Chevrolet Camaro stolen between 11 p.m. April 1 and 4 p.m. Monday from the 600 block of Florida Street.
