Topeka — The Legislature sent Gov. Kathleen Sebelius a bill that would increase regulations of abortion clinics. Sebelius vetoed a similar bill in 2003.
- Kansas Supreme Court Justice Robert Gernon died from complications of cancer. He was 61. Gernon was appointed to the court in 2003 by then-Gov. Bill Graves.
The House and Senate are planning to adjourn today, until April 27.
