Police seek Michael stalker
London -- British police were searching for a woman suspected of breaking into the home of pop star George Michael.
Police said last week they were called to the 41-year-old singer's house in London's tony Hampstead neighborhood on Nov. 4 after reports of a break-in. The intruder had gone by the time they arrived.
In a similar incident on Oct. 27, a 28-year-old woman was found inside the mansion in possession of a book from the house, the Metropolitan Police said.
The suspect was given a warning and released, police said. She was arrested again near the house later the same day, given an official warning for harassment and released.
Poison singer's guitar is back
Portage, Ind. -- A custom-made guitar owned by former Poison lead singer Bret Michaels resurfaced a week after it was stolen during an Indiana concert.
The guitar, worth about $3,000, was returned to staff at WLUP 97.9 FM in Chicago, the Post-Tribune of Merrillville reported Tuesday.
The red-and-white Holden six-string electric guitar with a picture of a skull wearing a top hat was taken Nov. 12 after a concert at a bar in South Haven.
A photo of Michaels with the guitar was posted on the singer's Web site with the message: "We are asking anyone and everyone who may know where it is to please return it to us. This guitar has a lot of sentimental value to Bret and we just want to get it back."
Bosworth a new Darin fan
London -- Kate Bosworth, who's all of 21, said she'd never heard of Bobby Darin before landing a co-starring role in a film about the 1950s crooner.
Bosworth plays Darin's sweetheart, Sandra Dee, and Kevin Spacey portrays the singer in "Beyond the Sea," which had its British debut Thursday.
"I knew absolutely nothing about Bobby Darin before this film, but now I'm a huge fan," Bosworth said. "There is darkness and tragedy in the story, and it was a dream for me to land this part."
The movie was a labor of love for Spacey, 45. Besides being on-screen, the two-time Oscar winner produced and directed the film. He also sang all the songs on the soundtrack.
"Making this film was the most fun I've ever had in my entire life," Spacey said. "Bobby Darin was one of the greatest entertainers the world has ever known, and yet because he died young he's been kind of forgotten."
Harry's trip cut short
London -- Prince Harry arrived home from Argentina amid media reports that shots were fired at the ranch where he had been staying.
Clarence House, the office of Harry's father, Prince Charles, said Harry had been scheduled to return Friday and refused to comment on reports in the Argentine media about an alleged incident at the polo farm complex in Salvador Maria where he had been staying.
Argentine reports said that security guards at the gate of the complex heard shots in the early hours Wednesday and had responded by firing into the air.
News Web site Clarin.com said police in Lobos believed the shots were from poachers and that Harry, 20, who had been working at the farm for most of November, was never in danger.
