Burglaries and thefts reported

• The Quality Inn, 801 Iowa, is missing $2,077.44 in cash. The money disappeared between June 30 and July 6.
• A 1991 Chevrolet pickup truck was taken late Wednesday or early Thursday from the 600 block of Durham Court. The truck, valued at $2,500, belonged to a 33-year-old woman who lives at the address.
• A 39-year-old Lawrence man reported a Dell Inspiron laptop worth $1,659 taken from the 3300 block of Peterson Road between 3 p.m. Wednesday and 2 p.m. Thursday.
