Burglaries and thefts reported

  • A 41-year-old man reported the theft of a 1996 Ford Windstar. The vehicle was taken between 12:25 a.m. Sunday and 11:15 p.m. Monday in the 1100 block of Louisiana Street.
  • Officials with Hunt Inc., 2016 Camel Drive, reported the theft of $10,325 worth of tools and a tool trunk along with criminal damage to the property. The incident occurred between noon Saturday and 6:20 a.m. Monday.
  • A man was arrested for possession of marijuana and methamphetamine about 9:40 p.m. Sunday. The man was taken into custody in the 100 block of East 11th Street.
  • A 20-year-old man was arrested Monday night for falsely reporting a crime and being in possession of stolen property valued at $500. The arrest happened shortly before 9 p.m. Monday in the 1300 block of Kentucky Street.
  • A 17-year-old reported a case of aggravated robbery and battery between 10:15 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. Dec. 1 in the 2400 block of Louisiana Street. The teen reported that his cell phone was taken.
  • A 24-year-old woman reported her Chevrolet Impala was taken between 4:15 p.m. and 4:17 p.m. Saturday in the 700 block of New Hampshire Street.
  • A 23-year-old man reported the theft of his 1968 gray Volvo between 5 p.m. Friday and 10:40 p.m. Sunday in the 900 block of Illinois Street.
