The Kansas Highway Patrol was investigating an injury accident Monday morning on U.S. Highway 40 and E 200 Road about nine miles west of Lawrence.

State troopers were called to the scene about 8 a.m. Monday to investigate a rollover accident, according to a KPA dispatcher. One person was believed to be injured, but there was no information yet available on that person’s condition or identity, the dispatcher said.

Officers were still on the scene shortly after 9 a.m., the dispatcher said.
