I love my bridal set from Hurst Fine Diamonds! My fiancé drove all the way to Lawrence from Missouri just two days before proposing to me on Valentine’s Day. He arrived there later in the evening, but staff was so nice and willing to help him. My fiancé had an idea of what he wanted to get me and the staff made sure to help him find exactly what he was looking for. Hurst Fine Diamonds has kept in contact with me since and are always asking about my ring and what they can do to keep it looking brand new. They have invited me to join their Facebook and Pinterest page, and they also send me information on all their jewelry. I get updates often about all the great prices and I love that after all these months they still reach out to me and try to give me the best deals with jewelry.

Several Christmas' ago, I went to Hurst Fine Diamonds in Lawrence looking for a gift for my mom. They suggested a Pandora bracelet and charms. I took their advice, and my mom loved the gift. Since then, I've been going back every Christmas to buy charms that she can add to her bracelet. When I found out Hurst was having their annual Pandora event I called and told them I couldn't make it because I lived in Kansas City. They told me if I wanted, I could order my charms over the phone and they'd set aside a bracelet for me that I could pick up anytime along with my charms. I really appreciated their willingness to work with me so that I could get a great deal. I always try to support small businesses when I can because of their efforts to make customers feel appreciated. Also, I've referred several of my friends and family to the store. And, they've bought everything from watches to bridal sets, and always been 100% satisfied.

I don't even want to give this awful store any stars. HORRIBLE PLACE TO SHOP FOR AND BUY JEWELRY! Bad customer service, bad repairs and bad products. My husband purchased my engagement ring there about over year ago and within a month all the diamonds had fallen out of the band. After three separate and poor repairs (bad soldering, replacing lost diamonds with diamonds of different size, cut and clarity), that resulted in me not having my engagement ring for months, we asked for our money back. After meeting with the owner of the store multiple times he refused - he would only give us a brand new version of the same ring from the same manufacturer. Why would I want the same ring that broke before? How do I know it won't break again? I certainly didn't trust their ability to repair the ring if it did in fact break. The owner kept blaming it on the manufacturer and refused to stand behind the products he stocks his store with. Well, if the manufacturer is so bad then why do you carry their products at all? It all came down to BAD customer service but ultimately BAD products. I was so disappointed. Luckily, they eventually gave us a little bit of our money back (but certainly not all) and we saved up more and bought a new ring somewhere else that we're much happier with. This place is trash. This place is awful. This place should close. I'm going to report them to the BBB and I hope no one ever goes there again. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. Don't go to Hurst Fine Diamonds.
