Turn of the water located at the fixture shutoff valve. It should be under the sink.

It is very possible that you may not have a shutoff valve under the sink, therefore you need to turn off the main water.

Call Vito! More than likely your faucet will need to be replaced. Sometimes faucets can be tricky, it's best to call your plumber because it may end up costing you more trying to do this yourself.
