NBC’s cult hit “Heroes” may be having some issues these days — declining ratings and an exodus of creative folks, to name a couple — but it’s pulling out all of the stops to make sure to get back on track.So, what kind of stunt will the folks behind the show pull tonight? None other than a trip to good, ol’ Lawrence, Kan.Apparently, our fair city is the hometown of super speedster Daphne, and Matt, Hiro and Ando team up to follow her to Lawrence to discover what she’s been hiding.Hmmm, could Lawrence be home to a big secret? Is Massachusetts Street a utopia to a bunch of people with extraordinary abilities who walk among the regular folk? Will the heroes end up blowing it up like in “The Day After”? (If you’ve ever watched it, you know that they like to blow things up on this show.)Guess we’ll just have to see at 8 p.m. tonight on NBC.
