Baker University kicker Seth Simpson received Special Teams Player of the Week honors Monday in the Heart of America Conference.

Simpson, a junior from Lee’s Summit, Mo., made four field goals and accounted for 14 total points in No. 19 Baker’s 26-16 win over Missouri Valley on Saturday.

Other players of the week in the conference were Cade Ross of Graceland (Offensive Player of the Week) and Giovanoi Sanes of Missouri Baptist (Defensive Player of the Week.)
