A drum line kicks off the 2025 Lawrence Mardi Gras parade Tuesday, March 4, 2025, in downtown Lawrence.

A little rain didn’t dampen the spirits of the annual Mardi Gras parade on Tuesday in downtown Lawrence. Revelers sang, danced and played down Massachusetts Street, some with ponchos and umbrellas, and stopped in for a performance at Terrebonne.
