Fans of the Algerian soccer team, which has its World Cup base camp in Lawrence arrived at the University of Kansas campus to celebrate the team and fill in an earthwork of the Algerian flag by local artist Stan Herd. Algeria is set to play Austria on Saturday at 9 p.m. in what will either be Les Fennecs’ last match of the tournament or will send them on to the knockout round.
