Letter to the editor: Understand question on justices

To the editor:

Don’t be fooled by the misleading wording in the Aug. 4 amendment.

Each of us ALREADY has the opportunity to vote on our Kansas Supreme Court justices – who are now chosen by merit – not by billionaires.

This is fair for everyone. Let’s keep it that way.

We can protect our rights. I’m voting No!
