Letter to the editor: Busker kudos

To the editor:

A tardy note of thanks and big kudos to all those involved in planning and performing during Lawrence’s 17th Annual Busker Fest. What a grand weekend for outdoor entertainment! Many performers were simply amazing, and it was refreshing to see so many locals and visitors enjoying themselves. Such events are a strong antidote (or at least a temporary balm) to the prevailing doom and gloom.
