Woodlawn Elementary in North Lawrence celebrates its building’s 100th anniversary

Current and former Woodlawn Elementary students, parents and community members celebrated the 100-year anniversary of the school building at 508 Elm St. in North Lawrence on Saturday. The celebration included live music, building tours, student videos and art, and it helped raise funds for a new scholarship program for former Woodlawn students.
