Representatives from BoardDocs and BoardPaq will give online presentations to the the board about software that allows government bodies to post online agendas and minutes. According to the BoardDocs and BoardPaq websites, the programs reduce paperwork by allowing the attachment of electronic versions of the documents and reports that are shared at meetings.

The only other items on the agenda are reports from Board President Jessica Beeson and Superintendent Anthony Lewis. The meeting will start at 7 p.m. Monday at district offices, 110 McDonald Drive.
