The Douglas County jail’s booking log website was unavailable on Tuesday to gather information about felony arrests and charges that happened on Monday.

The Journal-World publishes Monday through Friday on LJWorld.com and Tuesday through Saturday in the print edition of the Journal-World a list of individuals who have both been booked into the Douglas County Jail and charged with a felony-level offense by the Douglas County District Attorney’s Office.

Defendants listed should be presumed innocent unless proven guilty. Charges filed by the Douglas County District Attorney’s Office may change after they are initially filed as additional investigations are conducted and evidence is submitted.

The Journal-World reports on the conclusion of many felony cases in Douglas County, but not all. Anyone can check on the resolution of a criminal case by inspecting the court file at the Douglas County District Court Clerk’s Office at the Judicial and Law Enforcement Center or online here.
