Kansas Gov. Laura Kelly and the state Legislature honored the WNIT-winning University of Kansas women’s basketball team on Thursday at the Statehouse in Topeka. The Jayhawks won the WNIT title with a 66-59 victory over Columbia earlier this month at Allen Fieldhouse.
