The Kansas University Public Safety Office is investigating an allegation that someone forcibly fondled a child between September 2009 and June 8 at Stouffer Place Apartments in the 1700 block of Ellis Drive.

Capt. Schuyler Bailey said the report was referred to officers from Grandview, Mo., police. Bailey said the people involved no longer live there and that officers are still investigating the case. No arrests have been made.
