Disincentive
To the editor:
This replies to the Curtis D. Bennett letter published in the Journal-World on Jan. 31. The compelling reason which keeps congressional Democrats from making any move toward impeaching President Bush, is that they don’t want Dick Cheney with his “dark side” in the White House.
