Condition reports

¢ Molly K. Larson, a 20-year-old Baker University student from Vancouver, Wash., is in serious condition at Kansas University Hospital after she was injured in a rollover wreck Sunday afternoon. The accident occurred two miles southeast of Lawrence.

Law enforcement report

¢ Lawrence police are investigating reports that a 40-year-old Baldwin City man took indecent liberties with a 14-year-old Lawrence girl. These incidents allegedly occurred from 2003 to 2007.

¢ At 5 a.m. Aug. 28, Lawrence police responded to a report of a naked man sitting in the intersection of Ninth and Maine streets. The man was taken to Lawrence Memorial Hospital for evaluation and observation. On Monday, he was cited for criminal damage, battery, interference with a law enforcement officer and indecent exposure. The suspect also is thought to have attempted to break into an apartment at Ninth and Indiana streets.

Burglaries and thefts reported

¢ A blue Ford Windstar van valued at $2,500 was reported missing Tuesday by a 39-year-old Topeka woman. The woman told Lawrence police that the van had been parked at Ninth and Kentucky streets.

¢ More than $1,800 worth of personal items were reported missing Aug. 20 by two Lawrence men, ages 21 and 19. The items, which included clothing, luggage and a DVD player, disappeared between July 27 and Aug. 18 from a residence in the 4100 block of West 24th Place, Lawrence police were told.

¢ A 2001 Ford Escape valued at $12,000 was reported missing Tuesday by a 19-year-old Lawrence man. The man told police the vehicle had been parked in the 1900 block of Stewart Avenue.

¢ Two electric guitars, each worth $500, and $44 worth of miscellaneous items were reported missing Aug. 30 by a 23-year-old Lawrence man from his residence in the 1700 block of Tennessee Street.
