Montezuma ? A woman and her two adopted children died when a pickup collided with their car at a rural intersection in southwest Kansas, the Kansas Highway Patrol said.

The crash Thursday in Gray County, in southwest Kansas, killed Tracy Brinkerhoff, 35; Misty Bojorquez, 5; and Alex Bueno, 3. They were from Montezuma.

The patrol said road conditions were normal.
