¢ Two Olathe residents were taken by ambulance to Lawrence Memorial Hospital after a motorcycle wreck Sunday afternoon at Sixth and Main Streets in Eudora.

According to a Douglas County Sheriff’s report, Dennis Fallon, 45, and Suzy Fallon, 41, suffered leg injuries after Dennis Fallon lost his balance on the motorcycle and it fell onto its side. Both were treated and released from LMH.

¢ A Topeka woman was treated and released at Lawrence Memorial Hospital after she was injured in a one-vehicle accident Monday on the Kansas Turnpike.

Tawny L. Maynard, 23, was driving a vehicle between the two Lawrence exits when the vehicle hydroplaned. The vehicle entered the ditch and overturned, coming to rest on its side. Maynard suffered cuts to her head and arms and was transported to LMH by an ambulance with Lawrence-Douglas County Emergency Fire & Medical.

Burglaries and thefts reported

¢ A 23-year-old Lawrence man reported 500 compact discs and a $130 Sony stereo stolen from his vehicle between 6 p.m. Friday and 5:50 a.m. Saturday in an alley in the 1000 block of Ohio Street.

¢ At least six people living in the 1200 and 1300 blocks of Kentucky Street reported their vehicles burglarized either late Friday night or early Saturday morning.
