Edward Norris

Edward A (Eddie) Norris was born on September 30, 1953. Eddie passed away suddenly in his Chicago home on July 9th, 2025. He was the youngest son of Everett L. and Madeline O. Norris.

He was preceded in death by his parents, oldest brother, Jerry Owens and his nephew, Bobby Owens.

Eddie is survived by his sister, Marilyn (Norris) Chaney and his brother, Robert Norris.

A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, November 19th at 2:00 pm at Memorial Park Cemetery in Lawrence, where he will be interred next to his mother and oldest brother.

Memorial contributions may be made in Eddie's name to Lawrence Humane Society and may be sent in care of Warren-McElwain Mortuary, 120 W. 13th Street, Lawrence, KS 66044.
