Betty Mae Neu, 95, Washington, died December 26, 2024, at Meadowlark Estates in Lawrence, KS.

A funeral service was held 1 p.m., Thursday, January 2, 2025, at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Washington, KS.

Betty was born in Fairbury, NE on December 12, 1929, to Frank and Edith (Nelsen) Schank. Survivors include her son, Robert M. (Lydia) Neu, Lawrence; three grandchildren and four great grandchildren; and four sisters.
