Richard Copp

Funeral services for Richard L. Copp, 76, Lawrence, will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 23, 2024, at Warren-McElwain Mortuary in Lawrence, KS. Richard passed away on Tuesday, January 16, 2024, at LMH Hospital.

Richard was born on August 14, 1947, in Lawrence, KS, the son of Dutch and Annie (Holiday) Copp.

He was an automotive mechanic.

He married Linda Hodson on March 14, 1969, in Lawrence, KS. She survives at home.

Other survivors include his daughter, Tashana (DJ Glenn) Copp, brothers, Larry (Linda) Copp, Guy Dennis Copp, Melvin Copp, sisters, Sandy (Dale) Mock, Linda (Stan) Buckner, grandchildren, Collin Glenn, Cameron Glenn, and numerous nieces and nephews.

The family will greet friends from 6:00 ~ 8:00 p.m., on Monday, January 22, 2024, at Warren-McElwain Mortuary in Lawrence, KS.
