Karen Hunt

Karen Hunt, 82, of Tonganoxie, Kansas, passed away Thursday, December 28, 2023.

Karen was born August 17, 1941, at Kansas City, MO, the daughter of Charles ‘Mac’ and Cleda (Hiatt) McIntrye. She graduated from Lawrence High School in 1959.

She worked as a beautician in Lawrence.

She married Tom Hunt on June 19, 1976. Tom preceded her in death on August 28, 1993.

Karen is survived by her cousin, Beverly Riley of Tonganoxie, KS, and her niece, Cindy Reeves of Linwood, KS.

A celebration of Karen's life will be held at Vintage Park of Tonganoxie. Private burial will be in Quisling Cemetery, LeRoy, KS.
