Lorelle Nason

Lorelle ‘Lori’ Nason, 76, died peacefully on December 10, 2023 at 2:30 PM at the Village of Gainesville, FL. Lori was born on April 12, 1947 in Brooklyn, New York to Alex and Lillian Brown. Lori lived in Queens, New York until she was 19 years old and then moved to Los Angeles, CA where she spent the next 30 years. For most of her time in California, Lori worked as a Technical Recruiter in the Information Technology (IT) field. Lori retired to Topeka, Kansas and met her next partner in life, Barry Nason. They both later moved to Gainesville, Florida where they resided for the last 10 years.

Lori was predeceased by her parents, and two sisters, one older, Dale and one younger, Tani.

Lori is survived by her two children Alisande Cervantes and Adam Hoffen and her 3 grandchildren, Halen and Sarah Cervantes, and Andrea Hoffen all of Topeka, Kansas. She also leaves behind her husband Barry Nason, Snickers her dog, and her cat's Ariel and Boris.

Lori never met a stranger and loved water aerobics, 1980's music, visiting garage sales and auctions. Lori attended the Westminster Presbyterian Church.

Memorial service and internment arrangement will be scheduled later.
