John Kennedy

John D. Kennedy, 71, of Lawrence, Kansas passed away Friday, October 22, 2021.

John graduated from Lawrence High School in 1968. He was an Air Force Veteran during the Vietnam War serving in South Korea and Japan. John's family owned and operated Kennedy Glass Inc. in Lawrence for 68 years.

A Celebration of John's Life will be held from 1:00 – 4:00 p.m. Saturday, November 20, 2021 at the Union Pacific Depot, 402 N 2nd, Lawrence, Kansas. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Lawrence Humane Society, 1805 E. 19th St., Lawrence, Kansas 66046.
