Renée Hall

A celebration of life for Renée Hall, 75, Lawrence, will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Econo Lodge in the Jayhawk Room, 2222 W. Sixth St. Inurnment will take place at a later date at Clinton Cemetery in Clinton.
She died Saturday, Feb. 20, 2010, at her home.
She was born July 26, 1934, in Waverly, the daughter of Harold Glen and Evelyn LaVella Keith LaRue.
She was a waitress, and won several waitress of the year awards. Her workplaces included Ramada Inn, Holiday Inn and Econo Lodge.
Survivors include one daughter, Georgia Lynn Ritchey, Los Angeles; one son, Robert Greg Hall, Lawrence; three grandchildren, Brady Bullinger, Dustin Ritchey and Robert Lee Hall; one great-granddaughter, Kaitlyn Bullinger; three brothers, Robert Keith LaRue, Lantana, Fla., Jack LaRue, Lawrence, and Glen Eugene LaRue, Lake Worth, Fla.; three sisters, Joan Herschell and Violet Anderson, both of Perry, and Glenda Sue Breese, Lawrence; 28 nieces and nephews; and 64 great-nieces and great-nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Lila Liggett.
The family will greet friends from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Wednesday at Warren-McElwain Mortuary.
