Edith Lynn Lowrance

Private family services for Edith Lynn Lowrance, 71, Oskaloosa, will be at a later date.Mrs. Lowrance died Tuesday, Nov. 13, 2007, at Lawrence Memorial Hospital.She was born April 1, 1936, in Russell, the daughter of Walter C. and Lorita Morawets Lowery.Mrs. Lowrance was a homemaker.She married Duane Lowrance on July 14, 1952, in Bentonville, Ark. He survives, of Oskaloosa.Other survivors include her mother; two sons, Allen Lowrance, Oskaloosa, and Garry Lowrance, Lawrence; a daughter, Cheryl Lowrance, Lawrence; nine grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.The family suggests memorials to the American Diabetes Association, sent in care of Rumsey-Yost Funeral Home.Online condolences may be sent at www.rumsey-yost.com.
