Rory G. Kennedy Sr.

Services for Rory G. Kennedy Sr., 56, Baldwin, will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Warren-McElwain Mortuary.Mr. Kennedy died Saturday, April 1, 2006, at Lawrence Memorial Hospital. He was born Sept. 10, 1949, in Lawrence, the son of Bernard and Bernice Goff Kennedy. Mr. Kennedy graduated from Lawrence High School and served in the U.S. Navy from 1968 to 1971. He worked at A&M Products in Spring Hill.He married Sandra Lynn Perdue on Feb. 9, 1973, in Lawrence. She survives, of the home.Other survivors include two sons, Rory Jr., Edgerton, and Jason, Baldwin; two daughters, Randa and Diane, both of Baldwin; five grandchildren; his mother, of Lawrence; a brother, Bernard Jr., Lawrence; and a sister, Carolyn Kirby, Lawrence.The family will meet with friends from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at the mortuary.
