Roy Leon Skaggs

Graveside services for Roy Leon Skaggs, 70, Eudora, will be at noon today in De Soto Cemetery.Mr. Skaggs died Monday, Oct. 10, 2005, at Leavenworth V.A. Hospital.He was born Oct. 16, 1934, in Basehor, the son of Ross and Ella Skaggs. He moved from Chicago to De Soto in 1979.Mr. Skaggs worked at the Multiservice Center and Senior Citizens Center for 10 years. He previously worked as a welder in Chicago.Survivors include two sisters, Mary Williams, De Soto, and Betty Fine, Arkansas.
